We welcome customer-supplied products, subject to suitability. This includes jewellery, drinkware, plaques, tools, equipment, gifts, signs, parts and unusual items.
The exact material, coating, shape and construction can affect whether the item can be engraved and what the finished result will look like. Some products require testing or a sample before permanent engraving begins.
Where possible, provide a spare item or off-cut for testing, particularly for coated products, unusual metals or higher-value production runs.
