Please do not bring or send items to us until we have confirmed the job. Some materials, coatings, curves and finishes are not suitable for engraving, and some items cannot be held safely in the machine.
Once the job is confirmed, you can either drop the item in to our Gold Coast workshop by appointment or send it in.
